Francis City is seeking qualified applicants for the vacant position of City Planner. The City Planner will work under the direction of the Mayor and Office Manager. The City Planner supports the planning and development of the community by managing land use planning, zoning regulations, development reviews, and long-range planning initiatives and attends all Planning Commission and City Council meetings. This position works closely with office staff, city officials, developers, engineers, and residents to ensure sustainable, balanced and legally compliant growth. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Wage range $26.09 to 36.53.
