POSITION DESCRIPTION: Level III Facilities Technician
STATUS: Full Time / Year-Round
WAGE: $27 - $30/Hr (Based on Experience)

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
We are looking for a skilled facilities technician at Talisker Club in Park City and Kamas. This is a great

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything. Key responsibilities for this position are:
Responsible for general maintenance and cleanliness of all the organization’s structures and
properties.
Responsible for the daily maintenance, cleaning, chemical balancing, and mechanical operation
of pools, spas, and all associated plumbing and equipment.
Responsible for daily repair and maintenance tasks across a variety of trades including electrical,
carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, HVAC, and general mechanical work, both indoors and
outdoors, including work on ladders and lifts.
Troubleshooting malfunctions and respond to service calls.
Maintains and monitors fire systems for all facilities.
Conducts daily facilities walkabouts and specific site inspections.
Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility and housekeeping-designated
vehicles.
Assist with needs during the Club’s Signature Events.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least one year of experience in facility maintenance pertaining to both preventive
maintenance and emergency repairs to pumps, motors, electrical systems, HVAC, painting,
carpentry, plumbing, and drywall.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred; must be willing to obtain certification if
not currently held.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently across multiple technical
disciplines.
Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic chemicals. Must be versed in
Personal Protective Equipment and be willing to always use it when mandated.
Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; extreme heat and
cold; risk of electrical shock; and vibrations; normal to moderate noise levels.
Able to meet and perform physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment
typical of this position.
Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, and pulling.
Frequent repetitive motions.
Continuous standing and walking.
