PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE BYWATER PLAT AMENDMENT AMENDING THE SILVER CREEK ESTATES UNIT F AMEDNED PLAT FOR LOTS 352, 353, 354, 355, AND 356 IN SILVER CREEK Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council in accordance with Section 10-3-18 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code will conduct a public hearing and possibly adopt an ordinance amending the Silver Creek Estates Unit F Amended Plat for Lots 352, 353, 354, 355, and 356. The applicant also proposes to vacate a portion of Wasatch Way, a public road that was not built in the location shown on the recorded subdivision plat. The proposed amendment would also vacate the area of the subdivision between the northern edge of the subject parcels/lots and the upper portion of Wasatch Way that is proposed to be vacated.
