PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Rocky Mountain Power Transmission Line Upgrade Conditional Use Permit S.R. 224 corridor area between the Bonanza Arts District Substation (Park City Municipal Corporation) and the Bear Hollow Substation (Snyderville Basin Planning District). ~3.5 miles (~50 poles) are located within the Snyderville Basin Planning District. Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission in accordance with section 10-3-5 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on a Conditional Use Permit for a Rocky Mountain Power transmission line upgrade in the S.R. 224 corridor area between the Bonanza Arts District Substation (Park City Municipal Corporation) and the Bear Hollow Substation (Snyderville Basin Planning District). The applicant is requesting to upgrade ~5.9 miles of an existing transmission line (~90 poles). ~3.5 miles (~50 poles) are located within the Snyderville Basin Planning District.
