The purpose of the zone is to create new Development and redevelopment areas that are: Compact Higher density Mixed use Pedestrian-focused Transit-oriented Performance-based At this time, there are no areas proposed to be rezoned to NMU-1. Property(s) must be designated for mixed use on the Snyderville Basin General Plan, Future Land Use Map to be eligible for consideration for a rezone to NMU-1.
