PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Mountain Regional Pressure Relief Valve Station Conditional Use Permit Parcel PP-74, 2154 Canyons Resort Drive, Summit County, UT Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on a Conditional Use Permit for a 345 sq. ft. pressure relief valve station, located at 2154 Canyons Resort Dr., Summit County, UT. The public hearing will be held: Tuesday, August 13, 2019 Beginning at 4:30 p.m. Sheldon Richins Building - Auditorium 1885 West Ute Boulevard, Park City, Utah 84098 The applicant, Scott Morrison, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to construct a pressure relief valve station that will safely reduce the pressure from the upper water tank for water service in the Hidden Creek and Red Pine area within the Mt. Regional Water annexation. This structure will also house an emergency booster pump and chlorinator.
