TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Please be advised that the The Storage Depot, the owner of the storage

facility located at 1040 Iron Horse Drive, P.O. Box 4199, Park City, Utah, 84060, telephone number (435) 649-2741, hereby elects to enforce its lien on all property contained in storage space 01-0363

Be further advised that The Storage Depot denies access to any of the property presently being stored in said storage space and that The Storage Depot intends to proceed to sell the property in accordance with Section 38-8-3 of the Utah Code Annotated (1953, as amended).

Russ Jones w/ Valley Mental Health Contracted with The Storage Depot for rental of said storage space and agreed to pay for each months rent by the 5th of each

month. No payments have been received on the storage space for a period in

excess of 30 days, said spaces period running from 11/01/2016 to 1/18/2017.

Unless payment in full, including late fees, and costs incurred in this

collection are received within fifteen (15) days of receipt of this notice,

all property contained in said storage space, as set out above, shall be

advertised and DISPOSED OF on the 6th day of February, 2017 at the Storage

Depot located at 1040 Iron Horse Drive, Park City, Utah, at 10:00 a.m.

The contents of said storage space, as set out above rented from The Storage

Depot includes:

OLD MISC. HOUSEWARES

Any person holding a property interest in the above property may at any time

before the sale or other disposition of the property pay to The Storage

Depot all fees due and owing including all costs, charges, fees or expenses

associated with the enforcement with the enforcement by The Storage Depot of

its lien on the property and thereby redeem the property. Please conduct

yourself accordingly.
