The use is proposed within an existing building at 150 East Drive. The existing building has ten (10) bedrooms, three (3) kitchens (and four [4] kitchenettes), large open/gathering rooms and a twelve (12) car parking garage. It would be used to provide therapy, training, and life skills for young women. No additions to the existing building are proposed.
