Park Ridge Drive, Park City, Utah Parcel: PRE-42, containing 1.12 acres Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Board of Adjustment, in accordance with section 10-3-6 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a proposed setback variance at the above location. Additionally, the applicant is requesting a setback variance from Highland Drive, which is considered a frontage road in this area. The required setback from a Frontage Road is sixty (60') feet from the right of way and the applicant is proposing to locate their structure twenty-two (22') feet from the property line, which is the edge of the right of way.
