Additionally, the applicant is requesting a setback variance from Highland Drive, which is considered a frontage road in this area. The required setback from a Frontage Road is sixty (60') feet from the right of way and the applicant is proposing to locate their structure twenty-two (22') feet from the property line, which is the edge of the right of way.
