NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the Summit County Courthouse located at 6300 Justice Center Road, Park City, Utah 84098 on December 11, 2020 at 11:45 a.m. of said day for the purpose foreclosing a Lien in favor of Hidden Creek HOA (the "Association"), an association of unit owners organized under the Utah Condominium Ownership Act, created by that certain Amended Condominium Declaration for Park West Condominiums dated March 28th, 1981, as amended, and the Utah Condominium Ownership Act, covering real property located at 1920 W. Canyons Resort Dr. #26-A, Park City, Utah and lying in Summit County, and more particularly described as: UNIT A, IN BUILDING NO. 26, CONTAINED WITHIN THE PARK WEST CONDOMINIUMS, (CLUSTER PORTION), A UTAH CONDOMINIUM PROJECT AS THE SAME IS IDENTIFIED IN THE RECORD OF SURVEY MAP RECORDED ON MARCH 03, 1977 IN SUMMIT COUNTY, AS ENTRY NO. 136576 (AS SAID RECORD OF SURVEY MAP MAY HAVE HERETOFORE BEEN AMENDED OR SUPPLEMENTED) AND IN THE DECLARATION RECORDED ON MARCH 03,1977 IN SUMMIT COUNTY, AS ENTRY NO 136575 IN BOOK M90 AT PAGE 843 (AS SAID DECLARATION MAY HAVE HERETOFORE BEEN AMENDED OR SUPPLEMENTED.
