PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Whileaway Ranch Riding Arena and Horse Boarding Conditional Use Permit 7664 North Whileaway Road Parcel SL-D-206, 2.65 acres Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action for a Conditional Use Permit for an accessory structure over 10,000 square feet and commercial horse boarding facility to be located on parcel SL-D-206 located at 7664 North Whileaway Road. The public hearing will be held: Tuesday, October 27, 2020 Beginning at 4:30 p.m. The applicant, Val Geist, is requesting to construct a riding arena for private dressage training horse facility. The proposal would include 14,130 square foot custom engineered Nucor steel building that could accommodate up to 10 horses, outdoor arena and 5 outdoor turnouts. This will also be used as an educational facility, dedicated to the study of the Olympic discipline of Dressage, and the classical system of horse riding.
