PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Spring Creek Trailhead Parking Conditional Use Permit 1305 W. Pheasant Way (Parcel SPC-AD-A-8), Summit County, UT Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission in accordance with section 10-3-5 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on a Conditional Use Permit for the Spring Creek Trailhead, located at 1305 W. Pheasant Way (Parcel SPC-AD-A-8), Summit County, UT. As part of a growing parking problem and in order to manage growing demand for trailhead parking exacerbated by elimination of temporary parking facilities, the applicant is requesting to dedicate 13 parking stalls (5 off-street and 8 street-side) at the existing Spring Creek Trailhead. The off-street stalls would be located on Lot 8 of the Spring Creek Addition Subdivision and the street-side stalls would be located in the Glenwild Drive right-of-way.
