PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Colony Lot 71 (Parcel CWPC-II-71) and Parcel PP-3 Plat Amendment 78 White Pine Canyon Road, Colony, Summit County, UT Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission in accordance with section 10-3-18 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on a Plat Amendment for Colony Lot 71 (Parcel CWPC-II-71) and Parcel PP-3. The applicant is requesting to amend a 0.5-acre portion of Lot 71 of the Colony at White Pine Canyon Phase 2 Subdivision Plat. The proposed amendment includes a 0.5-acre portion of an adjacent Parcel PP-3. There is an existing Park City Mountain Resort ski run that encroaches Lot 71. The purpose of the amendment is a to adjust the boundaries between Lot 71 and the adjacent Parcel PP-3 so that the run is no longer on the applicant's property. The applicant is requesting a 1:1, 0.5-acre property exchange between the two parcels.
