PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Silver Summit Car Wash Setback Variances 1453 E Frontage Rd (Parcel SCO-C-11-2AM), Summit County, UT Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Board of Adjustment in accordance with section 10-3-6 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on four (4) setback variances for the property located at 1453 E Frontage Rd (Parcel SCO-C-11-2AM), Summit County, UT. The applicants are requesting that the Board of Adjustment grant multiple variances to the Snyderville Basin Development Code Section 10-2-7(D) to place a full-service car wash on Parcel SCO-C-11-2AM (1.32 acres).
