DIGITAL SALES MANAGER
Swift Digital / Park Record.com is seeking a digital advertising Sales Executive who is savvy, able to sell and speak to a marketing mix of digital products (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Mobile, Video, Content, Email, and Parkrecord.com). We are a division of Swift Communications, a multi-media company that offers both print and digital solutions.
This position has existing high level accounts and new business opportunity. We are looking for someone with drive and ambition to become part of our digital sales team based in the resort community of Park City, UT. For the right person there is a large earning potential and the opportunity to be an integral part of the marketing campaign for different types of businesses.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Will be responsible for consistently winning new business via inbound and outbound initiatives, proposing a wide range of digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Mobile, Video, Content, Email, and Parkrecord.com)
Create and maintain client relationship
Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
Ability to communicate effectively the sales process and full digital solution
Creatively work to bring awareness of online opportunities in synergy with our printed products (integrated
Measure and report
performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPI's)
Work with operations team to identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on campaign performance
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
Identify critical conversion points and work with internal team to map conversion points for each campaign
Minimum of 2-4 years sales/ digital experience
Proven work experience in digital marketing
Ability to exceed revenue goals
Self-Motivated, yet customer-focused
Proficient in Word, Ex
cel and Powerpoint
Confidence in pitching and closing business to senior level executives and clients
Strong work ethic
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to sell comprehensive marketing solutions
Work well in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
