Prominent real estate team of over 20 years is looking for a full time assistant. Primary duties are: listing management, transaction coordination, contracts, marketing campaigns and coordination with in-house marketing department and outsourced marketing services (print and digital), office administration and management, showings and agent calendar management, property research, occasional help with open house and showings. Looking for someone who is self-reliant- takes initiative and is proactive, persistent, punctual, and professional, with significant organizational skills and a decent wordsmith. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs, Dropbox, mass email marketing programs such as Mailchimp, GoogleAds/Adwerx, Google Analytics.   Experience using CRM systems, drip marketing campaigns, Wasatch Front and Park City MLSs, Zillow, a plus.
