HOA Property Manager
Seeking a motivated individual to join a
professional, well established HOA and vacation home management company. Applicant should have a friendly, helpful attitude, be a problem solver and ability to multi-task and have good
organization and time management skills. They should demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and have a working proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Position will entail being the contact person for several HOA's, perform on-site HOA grounds and building inspections, and oversee maintenance and projects. Will need to schedule, meet and coordinate with owners, HOA Board members, contractors and service companies as needed. Will help prepare budgets and monthly
inspection reports, attend Board and Annual meetings. Will help maintain and update HOA community websites. Position could require some on call after hours weekdays and weekends. Must have a clean driving record and will be subject to a background check.
Initially this position would be part time,
3 – 4 days a week but could transition into
a full time position. Previous experience with
HOA Management preferred.
