Facilities Maintenance II
Year Round / Full-time
• Conduct maintenance and general minor repairs to all following systems:
HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Concrete, Structure & Finish.
• Participate in internal Park construction projects, as well as, snow removal.
• Coordinate security system maintenance, monitoring services, alarms, testing and inspections
• Coordinate building maintenance with other functional area managers.
• Participate in Haz-Wopper certification training.
• Provide support for special events and functions
• Coordinate daily refrigeration plant operations
• Overall knowledge of vehicles, and small machinery & heavy equipment.
• Five years in an industrial-type setting or in a comparable work experience
• A valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors in all temperature/weather extremes

Facilities Maintenance I
Year Round / Full-time
• General landscaping construction & maintenance
• Access control & parking during events
• Snow removal / plowing / shoveling
• General maintenance, assist in new and repair projects
• Work with hand tools and equipment
• Assist with event set-up and tear-down
• A valid driver's license
• Work outdoors in all temperature/weather extremes
• Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends & holidays

Café Line Cook/Cashier
Seasonal FT & PT Weekday Help
• In charge of preparing food items for the day
• Responsible for making menu items to order
• Ability to run grill and food prep independently
• Welcomes and greets guest
• Takes food and beverage orders
• Responsible for sanitary standards
• Must be 16 years of age
• Dependable, flexible, friendly
