Assistant Manager Description: Self Storage is a growing sector in the Real Estate market. It provides a need to many different customers both commercial and residential. At Management Elevated we continuously test new  technologies  and  implement improvements  for  our clients. We are seeking an inventive assistant manager that is enthusiastic, personable and has a strong work ethic to take personal responsibility for our properties.   Qualifications:   Experience in retail sales, hospitality, customer service or casual dining Excellent customer service skills Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Willingness to work outside, clean units, shovel snow and maintain grounds Valid driver's license and vehicle/insurance required Reliable transportation to, from and during work Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs Marketing and design skills a plus, physical ability to do the job (lifting up to 50 pounds, walking large sites, etc).   As the assistant manager you will work directly with the site manager to ensure every customer receives a 5 star experience. You will be the face of the company as our customers call or walk in. You will be responsible for educating them about our products and helping them decide according to their needs. You will need to clean the facility, shovel a little bit of snow, create advertising campaigns, manage social media accounts and be an all around friendly person. Salary is based on experience and ranges between $17 to 20 dollars an hour with additional monthly bonuses.
